These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and gonaru Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 749-38-00340), with its principal office at 1004, 10, Eonju-ro 30-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (“gonaru”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), regarding your use of our games, websites, and related services (the “Service”).

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Before accessing or using the Service, you must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or access the Service.

1. License

1.1. Grant of a Limited License

Subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms, gonaru grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.

1.2. License Limitations

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Disrupt or interfere with servers or other users’ gameplay.
• Harass, abuse, or post offensive content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code.
• Trade, sell, or transfer Accounts or Virtual Items outside of the Service.

1.3. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, terminate, or modify Accounts and access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Accounts inactive for 180 days may also be terminated. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time without obligation to provide refunds.

2. Ownership

2.1. Games and Service
